2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You must be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from the 4777be platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of 4777be or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on the 4777be platform. The existence of multiple accounts registered by or on behalf of the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 4777be reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts, including bonus and real-money funds.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4777be may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to submit documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure. Verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to your 4777be account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 4777be does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 4777be reserves the right to request proof of deposit method ownership before crediting or releasing funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within four hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to the same mobile wallet or card used to make the original deposit, subject to verification.
• A player must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• 4777be reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time.
• Winnings derived from suspected fraudulent activity, system errors, or bonus abuse may be voided prior to withdrawal.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the combined value of the bonus amount and, where stated, the qualifying deposit amount.

4777be maintains automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically neutral bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; exploiting system errors or miscalculated odds; and coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil bonus conditions. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited, associated winnings voided, and accounts permanently suspended.

4.3 Seasonal Promotions

4777be runs seasonal promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, BPL season, and IPL season. Specific terms for each seasonal promotion are published on the platform at the time the promotion is active and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.1 Random Number Generators

All games offered on 4777be use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the game providers. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage displayed for each game is the provider-certified rate. 4777be does not modify game outcomes and has no access to the RNG seed or output data of any third-party provider's game engine.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

In-play bets confirmed before a relevant event concludes will stand unless voided under these provisions.

6.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out.

7.3 Amendments to These Terms
